Terrible merchant, poor quality products Sep 15, 2010

This is the third time I purchased shaving supplies from this merchant and what a mistake. They sell subpar quality products (this bowl is already rusting within 3 months in the shower) and offer NO customer service. They don't pick up their phone and when they do they tell you so this is out of warranty. They don't stand behind their products at all and have a nasty atttitude. I would not recommend purchasing anything form Simple Luxies unless you want poor quality items and bad customer service.

OK, I am an experienced online shopper--- and I did not see the specs that state this shaving bowl is only 3 inches in diameter--- I was expecting a full size bowl in which a lather can be made for shaving--- no way--- pretty much useless as far as I can tell--- It will barely even hold the shave soap that I use---Way overpriced!
