Cute dishes good for small servings. Dropped one on kitchen floor the first day I had them and it broke in half. Disappointing.

These bowls are very cute. They really do look like paper bowls, but they're very sturdy. However, maybe I didn't read the product description well enough. They're called "soup or cereal bowls," but they're too small and shallow to use for either. They're the perfect size for dessert bowls, so I kept them. They just aren't quite what I was needing. I don't eat much dessert; I do eat cereal.

Hearty eater, so these are too small for soup or cereal. However, they're PERFECT for ice cream, muffins, cupcakes, veggies, and other side dishes. I plan to order a set of plates and will give a set of bowls to a friend as a "thank you" gift. Using them gives me a little laugh. They really do look exactly like paper plates.
